HSE管理体系的有效性已得到了充分证明,鉴于此,文章对有代表性的三家国外石油公司HSE管理体系进行分析,总结其经验,提出了改进中国企业HSE管理体系的建议。

The effectiveness of the HSE management system has been fully proved. In view of this, the article analyzes the HSE management system of three representative foreign oil companies, sums up their experience and puts forward suggestions on how to improve the HSE management system of Chinese enterprises.
