建国初期,是我国从新民主主义到社会主义过渡的时期,更是党完成、巩固角色转换的重要过渡时期。党的执政能力应包括驾驭经济建设、发展民主政治、引导文化转型、应对国际局势、拒腐防变等能力。站在历史的高度分析建国初期党执政能力的内涵,对今天加强党的执政能力建设有重要的借鉴价值。
In the early days of the founding of New China, it was a period of transition from new democracy to socialism in our country, and an important transition period for the party to complete and consolidate the role transformation. The party’s ability to govern should include the ability to control economic construction, develop democratic politics, guide cultural transformation, respond to the international situation, and prevent corruption.
