采用极性色谱柱配以高水量的流动相,建立了测定阿替洛尔的一种新方法—拟反相色谱法,流动相为乙腈-水(甲酸钠溶液0.03 mol/L,pH 2.9,5:95)。在此色谱体系中无需离子对试剂强极性的阿替洛尔即可得到很好的保留,流动相的组成得以简化,在降低测定费用的同时,使方法开发更为迅速;特别是流动相中乙腈的比例只占5%,降低了有机溶剂的消耗和排放。方法已用于阿替洛尔片剂和尿样分析,在线性范围0.5~200μg/mL内(r=0.9995,n=6),加标回收率为95.4%~97.2%。
A new method for the determination of atenolol - pseudo-reversed-phase chromatography was developed by using a polar column with a high mobile phase. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (sodium formate solution 0.03 mol / L, pH 2.9,5 : 95). In this chromatographic system, atenolol, which does not require a strong polarity of the ion pair reagent, can be well preserved, the composition of the mobile phase is simplified, and the method is developed more rapidly while reducing the measurement cost; in particular, the mobile phase The proportion of acetonitrile in only 5%, reducing the consumption of organic solvents and emissions. The method has been applied to the analysis of atenolol tablets and urine samples. The linear range was 0.5 ~ 200μg / mL (r = 0.9995, n = 6). The recoveries were 95.4% ~ 97.2%.
