This article focuses on the application of fruit analysis in the storage of commercial apples, which provides both a nutritional diagnosis and a predictable shelf life. Predicted storage pouwer (1974) reported the application of leaf analysis to determine apple bitter pox disease. The (K + Mg) / Ca ratio of the blade is taken into account, improving the visibility. Growth factors such as leaf and shoot growth, apple yield and harvest consistency were better matched with management factors such as fertilization, irrigation, cultivating, fruit setting, pruning, sparseness, and disease control measures. Wills et al. (1976) suggested that the calcium content of apple during the first three weeks of picking and apple picking is a reliable indicator of bitter pox disease, but bitterness may occur in different regions, varieties and seasons
