大连金州新区得胜小学始建1946年,原名林家草堂,经过六十余年发展变迁,现拥有3个教学部,教师45人,学生645人,多年来,学校秉承“以文化育人,建人文校园”的办学理念,以“培养身心健康、主动学习、尊重生命的儿童”为己任,全面提高学生素养,学校先后获得全国艺术教育示范校、辽宁省花园式学校、大连市先进学校、大连市家庭教育示范校、中华传统美德全国百佳示范校等多项荣誉称号。得胜小学属于涉农学校,教师队伍年龄结构偏大,整体素质不高,学生家长大多是当地农民,在既没有足够的人力资源也没有丰厚的物质资源的条件下,如何来开发校本课程成为得胜小学全校教师面对的最大挑战,全校教师围绕“校本课程从何入手”开展了一番头脑风暴式的
