随着我国国民经济的增长和民众生活水平的不断提高,群众文化建设和发展逐渐被提到议事日程中来,农村群众文化建设力度逐渐提高,群众文化事业不断拓展,并取得了积极的社会效果和明显的文化成果。但是就目前情况来看,农村群众文化在建设和落实的过程中由于种种主客观因素,依然存在一些问题和不足,不利于农村群众文化的发展和进步。基于此,笔者结合自身多年的实践经验和所掌握的理论知识,就新时期农村群众文化存在的问题及配套的解决措施两大问题进行了分析,希望能够起到抛砖引玉的作用。
With the growth of our national economy and the ever-increasing standard of living of the people, the construction and development of the masses’ culture have gradually been brought to the agenda. The construction of mass culture in rural areas has been gradually enhanced and the mass cultural undertakings have been continuously expanded with positive social effects And obvious cultural achievements. However, judging from the current situation, due to various subjective and objective factors in the process of building and implementing rural mass culture, there are still some problems and shortcomings, which are not conducive to the development and progress of rural mass culture. Based on this, the author combines his many years of practical experience and theoretical knowledge gained, analyzes the problems existing in the rural mass culture in the new era and the two solutions to the problem of supporting measures, hoping to play a valuable role.
