对甘油致肾功能急性衰竭家兔实验模型,动态性观察黄芪。丹参防治疗效。于肌注甘油前后分经腹腔注射黄芪浸剂、丹参漫剂和黄芪,丹参混合漫剂,并以生理盐水注射组作对照。用光镜和电镜观察注射甘油后1、3、5、7、14d肾组织病理变化。黄芪组和黄芪、丹参混合组的肾曲管上皮早期损伤比生理盐水组及丹参组轻。已有的损害其结构修复以黄芪组和幌合组快而完整,丹参组和对照蛆仍呈进行性破坏。超微结构表明黄芪是防治急性肾功能衰竭较理想的药物。
On experimental model of acute renal failure caused by glycerol in rabbits, Astragalus membranaceus was observed dynamically. Salvia prevention and treatment effect. Ultrastructure shows that astragalus is the ideal drug for the prevention and treatment of acute renal failure.
