甲亢平类药物治疗的作用方式,过去认为是阻断碘的有机化和抑制 T_4和 T_3的生物合成。作者用大剂量“阻断——替代”方案,即每日给甲亢平40mg,三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T_3)60~80mg 的方案持续应用18个月。在此期间平均甲状腺摄锝率呈逐渐下降,但研究发现甲亢平对激素的生物合成的抑制是不完全的,而且与碘的有机化的抑制并不成比例。对甲状腺正常者、治疗或未治疗的甲亢患者,用甲亢平后其~(131)碘摄取率和锝的摄取率下降曲线是相似的。结合到用心得安和抗甲状腺药物治疗两者缓解率有所不同,故结论认为甲亢平并不是仅仅抑制甲状腺内激素的合成,而更可能在激素生物合成前水平消除了甲状腺的过强刺激。

During this period, the average rate of thyroid uptake was gradually decreased, but the study found that hyperthyroidism on hormone biosynthesis inhibition is incomplete, and the inhibition of iodine and organism is not proportional. In hyperthyroid patients with or without treatment of thyroid gland, the uptake of 131I and the uptake rate of technetium by hyperthyroidism were similar after treatment. In combination with propranolol and antithyroid drugs, there is a difference in the rate of remission, so the conclusion is that hyperthyroidism does not merely inhibit the synthesis of hormones in the thyroid gland but is more likely to eliminate excessive thyroid stimulation before hormone biosynthesis.
