由于心脏起搏器的明显治疗效果,目前在我国几乎各省市均已开展此项工作。随着临床广泛的应用必然会出现这样或那样的问题,其中主要的一点是正确地辨认起搏故障予以及时处理,而起搏心电图在识别起搏故障上具有特殊价值。因此从事心脏起搏治疗的医务人员,必须掌握正常和异常的起搏心电图,这样才不致因为将正常的起搏心电图误判为异常心电图而给病人带来不必要的痛苦;也不会因将异常的起搏心电图诊断为正常而延误治疗,甚至危及病人的生命。应《起搏与心脏》杂志编辑部的约请,从本期开始,我们采取结合临床处理的方式,或者就图论图,或者就案例进行分析,拟从以下几方面连续介绍起搏心电图的基本知识。一、正常的单腔(心房和心室)起搏心电图二、正常的双腔起搏心电图三、正常的频率反应起搏心电图四、双腔起搏的几种特殊现象心电图五、起搏功能故障心电图六、感知功能故障心电图七、电池耗竭的起搏心电图
