目的了解辖区学校幼托机构食堂餐具消毒管理状况和餐具消毒效果,提高消毒合格率,有效加强对学校食品安全监督管理,保障学生身体健康。方法对本辖区2010—2011年学校食堂食品安全专项检查资料和学校幼托机构1110份餐具检测结果进行分析研究。结果 A级、公办等半数以上食堂消毒管理落实较好;A级食堂消毒合格率较高,2011年消毒合格率较2010年有所提高,但总体合格率较低;小型和私营食堂消毒管理有待提高;C级食堂管理较差,是影响消毒合格率的主要原因;不同经营性质、规模、量化等级各类别食堂消毒合格率之间存在差异。结论加强小型食堂和C级食堂监督管理,强化消毒人员业务培训,全面落实组织管理,是提高消毒合格率的基本保证。
Objectives To understand the status of disinfection and management of canteen utensils in school districts and the disinfection effect of utensils in order to improve the pass rate of disinfection and effectively supervise the management of school food safety so as to ensure the health of students. Methods The 2010-2011 school food canon special inspection information and school preschool 1110 tableware testing results were analyzed. Results The disinfection management of more than half of the canteens such as A-class and public-owned offices was well implemented. The qualified rate of Class A canteens was higher. The passing rate of disinfection in 2011 was higher than that in 2010, but the overall pass rate was low. The disinfection management in small and private canteens Improve; C-class canteen management is poor, is the main reason affecting the pass rate of disinfection; different business nature, scale, level of quantification of each class canteen disinfection pass rate there are differences. Conclusion Strengthening the supervision and management of small canteens and C-class canteens, strengthening the professional training of disinfection personnel and fully implementing organizational management are the basic guarantees for improving the pass rate of disinfection.
