In this paper, the actual situation of the continuous casting plant in Benxi Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., discussed in theory the Benxi Iron and Steel 1700 rolling mill sub-system, laying the foundation for the second technological transformation of Benxi Iron and Steel 1700 mill and provide the necessary technical parameters.
