常咯啉的化学名是4-{3′,5′双′[(N-吡咯烷基)甲基]-4-羟苯胺基}喹唑啉。兔和狗静注常咯啉后该药能提高电刺激所致的室颤阈值,室颤阈值提高与剂量有关。室颤阈值提高的发生时间,以静脉推注法为最快,而以滴注法的维持时间为最长,在给药完毕后50分钟,室颤阈值又回至给药前的水平。
The chemical name of the conventional pyrroline is 4- {3 ’, 5’ bis [(N-pyrrolidinyl) methyl] -4-hydroxyanilino} quinazoline.
