浙江省工业产权研究会于1989年11月28日在杭州举行了成立大会。浙江省专利管理处副处长周传仁主持了会议。中国工业产权研究会秘书长刘激扬应邀到会并讲话。浙江省专利管理处沈绿怡代表筹备组汇报了筹备工作情况。来自全省各地的专利、商标、司法、科技等部门的160余名代表出席了会议。大会讨论并通过了浙江省工业产权研究会章程,选举产生了省工业产权研究会理事30
Zhejiang Industrial Property Research Association held its inaugural meeting in Hangzhou on November 28, 1989. Zhou Chuanren, deputy director of Patent Administration of Zhejiang Province, presided over the meeting. Liu Yang, secretary general of China Industrial Property Society, was invited to attend and make a speech. Shen Lvyi, Patent Office of Zhejiang Province, reported on the preparatory work for the preparatory work. More than 160 representatives from departments of patents, trademarks, judiciaries, science and technology from all over the province attended the meeting.
