某公司生产的铝筒在使用过程中发生断裂。在断裂部位取样并对断口进行了宏观形貌分析、微观形貌分析、化学成分分析和硬度分析,结果表明,断裂铝筒的主要化学成分符合GB/T 1173《铸造铝合金》对ZL108的要求,显微组织正常,但是在铝筒断面上可以观察到较多气孔,此外铝筒的硬度低于GB/T 1173《铸造铝合金》对ZL108的要求。综合分析可以确定,ZL108铝筒基体内存在较多气孔,硬度较低,这是造成其断裂的根本原因;此外在裂源附近存在塑性形变痕迹,这可能是铝筒在使用过程中受外物撞击所致,是引发铝筒断裂的诱因。
