我国的档案开放利用的法律规范虽然日益受到重视,但是由于立法水平和管理水平的各方面原因,档案开放利用还存在不少问题。
Although the legal norms of opening and utilizing archives in our country are paid more and more attention, there are still many problems in opening up and utilizing the archives due to various reasons of the legislative level and management level.
