饲养试验,选用45周龄海兰褐商品蛋鸡2345羽,分设对照、试验2组,每组3个重复,每重复576羽,试验期9周。对照组为玉米-豆粕型日粮,试验组日粮含6%玉米胚芽粕、3%玉米蛋白粉。结果显示:(1)组间蛋重、蛋壳厚度、蛋径比、哈夫单位等品质指标无显著差异(P>0.05);试验组蛋黄罗氏色级提高1.7级、蛋黄叶黄素含量提高84%、蛋清pH显著下降(P<0.01)。(2)试验组产蛋率提高1.1个百分点(P<0.05);日产蛋量、料蛋比指标有所改善(P>0.05);试验组鸡蛋饲料成本降低0.2元/kg。结论,在蛋鸡中后期日粮中添加一定比例的玉米胚芽粕、玉米蛋白粉,能提高鸡蛋品质及蛋鸡生产性能。
Feeding experiments, selection of 45 weeks old Hy-lin brown hen goods laying hens 2345, divided into control, two groups of experiments, each group of three replicates, 576 per repeat, the test period of 9 weeks. The control group was a corn-soybean meal diet. The test group contained 6% corn germ meal and 3% corn gluten meal. The results showed that: (1) There was no significant difference in egg weight, egg shell thickness, egg diameter ratio and Haff unit between the two groups (P> 0.05); Roche’s color grade in the experimental group increased by 1.7 and the lutein content in the yolk 84%, egg white pH decreased significantly (P <0.01). (2) The egg production rate of the experimental group increased by 1.1% (P <0.05); the daily egg production and the ratio of the expected egg were improved (P> 0.05); the feed cost of the experimental group decreased by 0.2 yuan / kg. In conclusion, adding a certain proportion of corn germ meal and corn gluten meal to the late-stage ration of laying hens can improve the quality of eggs and the performance of laying hens.
