目的以公共卫生学的方法形成娱乐场所暗娼的规模干预。方法采用世界卫生组织推荐的100%安全套使用策略,进行娱乐场所的干预。在常规策略基础上,经实践有所发展,湖南引入性病门诊监督与评估项目实施效果,业主采用行业自律,自主参与项目。结果项目实施三年来,高危行为改变明显,安全套使用率明显提高。结论100%安全套使用项目对于娱乐场所的暗娼干预效果明显,但是因为流行控制的需要,要求干预覆盖率的进一步提高,特别覆盖低档甚至流动人群,需要做好有关执法部门和出租屋业主的持续倡导,深入做好干预工作。
Objective To form a public health intervention in the size of sex workers in entertainment venues. Methods The 100% condom use strategy recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO) was used to intervene in entertainment venues. On the basis of the conventional strategy, through practice, Hunan Province has introduced the implementation of STD monitoring and evaluation projects, and the owners have adopted self-discipline and independent participation in the project. Results In the three years since the project was implemented, the behaviors of high-risk behaviors changed significantly, and the condom use rate remarkably increased. Conclusions The 100% condom use program has obvious effect on the interventions of female sex workers in entertainment venues. However, due to the need of epidemic control, the further improvement of the coverage of intervention, especially covering the low-grade and even floating population, needs to be continuously advocated by law enforcement agencies and rental homeowners In-depth intervention work.
