目的探讨护理工作中医院感染的危险因素,预防与控制医院感染的发生。方法对发生医院感染的危险因素进行调查分析并实施干预对策。结果医院感染监测合格率有了显著提高,医院感染率明显降低,从2001年的5.23%下降到2007年的2.12%。结论只有提高全体护理人员对医院感染的认识,加强工作责任心,严格无菌技术操作规程,加强自我防护,才能避免和减少医院感染的发生。
Objective To explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection in nursing work and to prevent and control the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods The risk factors for nosocomial infections were investigated and the intervention strategies were implemented. Results The monitoring rate of nosocomial infection was significantly improved, and the nosocomial infection rate was significantly reduced from 5.23% in 2001 to 2.12% in 2007. Conclusion Only by improving nurses’ awareness of nosocomial infection, strengthening their sense of responsibility, strictly enforcing aseptic technical procedures and strengthening self-protection, can hospital infection be avoided and reduced.
