On April 29, 2014, the Ministry of Public Security and the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China released the “Opinions on Strengthening and Improving the Inspection of Motor Vehicles”, jointly promulgating the inspection reform measures.
