目的探讨马应龙痔疮膏联合超短波对会阴侧切裂开伤口的治疗效果。方法回顾性分析2008~2013年甘肃省人民医院105例会阴侧切后伤口裂开患者的临床资料,按照不同治疗方法分为观察组53例,对照组52例,观察组患者采用马应龙痔疮膏联合超短波治疗,对照组患者采用单纯清创消毒加红霉素眼药膏外敷。比较两组伤口愈合时间、愈合率及感染率。结果观察组患者愈合时间、感染率(0)明显低于对照组[11.54%(6/52)],伤口愈合率[100%(53/53)]高于对照组[71.15%(37/52)](P<0.05)。结论马应龙痔疮膏联合超短波对产科会阴侧切裂开伤口及感染伤口促愈合治疗效果明确,方法简单,时间短,并发症少。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Ma Ying-long hemorrhoids ointment combined with ultrashort wave on the perineal lateral incision wound. Methods The clinical data of 105 patients with peri-peritoneal laceration after perineal wound dissection in Gansu Provincial People’s Hospital from 2008 to 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group (53 cases) and control group (52 cases). The observation group was treated with Ma Ying Long hemorrhoids ointment combined with ultrashort wave Treatment, the control group of patients with pure decontamination plus erythromycin eye ointment topical. The wound healing time, healing rate and infection rate were compared between the two groups. Results The healing time of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (11.54%, 6/52), and the wound healing rate (100%, 53/53) was higher than that of the control group (71.15%, 37/52 )] (P <0.05). Conclusion Ma Ying-long hemorrhoids ointment cream combined with ultra-shortwave on the perineal episiotomy wounds and wounds to promote healing effect is clear, the method is simple, time is short, fewer complications.
