鉴于土石方动态调配优化平衡是大型土石方工程施工中的核心问题,分析了土石方平衡调配系统涉及到的各个影响因素,以全过程总调配费用最低为目标函数,综合考虑调配过程中定量和定性化的约束条件,构建了土石方动态调配模型,采用单纯形法对模型进行求解,对调配系统进行综合平衡规划,最终求出最优调配方案,并通过实例进行了验证。结果表明,模型求解方法简便易行,能够快速获得调配结果;调配方案提高了开挖料物的直接上坝率,减少了料物的开采量和中转量,降低了土石方调配的总费用,能够满足施工强度在填筑、开采、运输等方面的各项要求。
In view of the optimization and balance of earthwork allocation is the core issue in the construction of large earthwork, the various influencing factors involved in the earthwork balance adjustment system are analyzed. Taking the lowest total allocation cost as the objective function, considering the quantitative and qualitative Constraints, the dynamic allocation model of earth and stone was constructed, the model was solved by using the simplex method, the overall balance planning was carried out for the allocation system, and finally the optimal deployment plan was obtained and verified by an example. The results show that the method of solving the model is simple and easy, and the deployment results can be quickly obtained. The deployment plan increases the direct dam rate of excavated materials, reduces the amount of material extraction and transit, reduces the total cost of earthwork allocation, Meet the construction intensity in the filling, mining, transportation and other aspects of the requirements.
