Reye 氏综合征(下称 RS)是以急性脑病、肝功障碍以及随病情而发展的多方面、进行性代谢异常为特征的临床病理实体。病因和发病机理迄今不详,但肯定与病毒感染和服用阿司匹林密切相关。
Reye’s syndrome (hereinafter referred to as RS) is a clinical pathological entity characterized by acute encephalopathy, liver dysfunction and various aspects of progressive metabolic abnormalities that develop with the disease. Etiology and pathogenesis so far unknown, but certainly with the virus infection and taking aspirin are closely related.
