随着环保要求的日益严格,生产清洁燃料已成为一个长期的发展趋势。中国石化燕山石油化工有限公司炼油厂采用美国ConocoPhillips公司的汽油吸附脱硫技术(S-Zorb),对FCC全馏分汽油进行脱硫处理,可在保证辛烷值的条件下,使汽油硫含量降至10ppm以下。本文给出了再生系统稳态、非稳态下再生风量、调整时间以及再生热等参数的计算方法,使调整过程有明确的目标,从而缩短调整时间,保证生产连续稳定进行。
With the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, the production of clean fuel has become a long-term trend. Sinopec Yanshan Petrochemical Co., Ltd. refinery using the United States ConocoPhillips’s gasoline adsorption desulfurization technology (S-Zorb), FCC full-fraction gasoline desulfurization can be made to ensure the octane level, the gasoline sulfur content down to 10ppm the following. In this paper, the calculation methods of regeneration air volume, adjustment time and regenerative heat are given in the steady state and unsteady state of the regeneration system, so that the adjustment process has a clear goal, so as to shorten the adjustment time and ensure the continuous and steady production.
