目的了解2012年8月南阳市第七届农运会接待宾馆、大型商场及市级医疗单位中央空调系统嗜肺军团菌的污染状况。方法采集南阳市48家公共场所集中式中央空调冷却水48份、冷凝水19份,经沉淀、过滤、洗脱后,以GVPC、BCYE、血平板分别对未处理、热处理、酸处理的制备样品进行菌落筛选、生化反应鉴定、血清学分型。结果 48份冷却水检出嗜肺军团菌14份,检出率达29.20%,19份冷凝水检出2份,检出率10.50%;48家单位阳性为12家,检出率为25.00%,其中宾馆、大型商场、医疗单位阳性率分别为24.40%、33.30%、25.00%。14份阳性水样中分离到18株军团菌,血清型别呈多样化,但以LP1型为主(50.00%)。结论南阳市公共场所中央空调系统嗜肺军团菌污染比较普遍,血清型别呈多样化,对人群健康有潜在威胁,应当引起重视,防止军团菌病的暴发流行。
Objective To understand the contamination status of Legionella pneumophila in the central air-conditioning system of the reception guesthouses, shopping arcades and municipal medical units of Nanyang City in August 2012. Methods 48 samples of 48 central air conditioning cooling water and 19 condensate water were collected from 48 public places in Nanyang. After precipitation, filtration and elution, GVPC, BCYE and blood plate were used to prepare untreated, heat-treated and acid-treated prepared samples Colony screening, biochemical identification, serological typing. Results 48 samples of Legionella pneumophila were detected in 48 samples, the detection rate was 29.20%, 19 samples were detected with condensed water, the detection rate was 10.50%, 48 samples were positive with 12 samples, the detection rate was 25.00% Among them, the positive rates of hotels, shopping malls and medical units were 24.40%, 33.30% and 25.00% respectively. Among 14 positive samples, 18 strains of Legionella were isolated and the serotypes were diversified, but LP1 was the main type (50.00%). Conclusion The pneumoconiosis caused by Legionella pneumophila in the central air-conditioning system in public places in Nanyang City is relatively common. The serotypes are diversified and pose potential threat to the health of the population. Therefore, great attention should be paid to prevent Legionnaires’ outbreak.
