膀胱切除后的的尿流重建方法繁多,但效果均不理想,国内李将春报导膀胱再生术取得满意效果,我院为一名多发性膀胱癌患者做了膀胱切除、膀胱再生术。术后经一年半随访,再生膀胱功能良好,现报告如下:患者男性,65岁,间歇无痛性血尿三年,近一年来症状加重,而且尿中伴有血块,于一九八二年十二月六日入我院。体检:一般状况较差,消瘦,贫血貌,体温37℃,血压110/70mmHg,呼吸28/分,脉搏104/分,膀胱区有压痛,双合诊未触包块。化验检
