分析了由反向凝固工艺得到的复合不锈钢带的组成情况,以及钢带中元素的偏析,并对不锈钢凝固层的实际晶粒度进行了测定.研究结果表明:不锈钢凝固层组织为铁素体和碳化物;母带组织为铁素体和马氏体;过渡区为铁素体和珠光体,过渡区的宽度为50μm.不锈钢凝固层的实际晶粒度为5.8~6.3.
The composition of the composite stainless steel strip obtained by the reverse solidification process and the element segregation in the strip were analyzed. The actual grain size of the stainless steel solidified layer was also measured. The results show that the solidified layer of stainless steel is composed of ferrite and carbide, the parental structure is ferrite and martensite, the transitional zone is ferrite and pearlite, and the width of transition zone is 50μm. The actual grain size of stainless steel solidified layer is 5.8 ~ 6.3.
