〔性状〕本品为白色结晶性粉末,质轻,尝之略苦,继有刺痛与麻舌感觉,难溶于水(1∶300),溶于乙醇(1∶22)、氯仿(1∶15),甚易溶于甲醇(1∶10).融点250℃左右,同时分解。〔药理作用〕本品在药理上系属于解胆硷性副交感神经药,也称副交感神经解药,有类似阿托品之药理作用,能使唾液分泌减少、瞳孔散大、心跳增加,解除平滑肌的痉挛,特别是应用于治疗巴金生氏震颤麻痹症能减少肌肉僵硬与震颤,少量能抑制中枢神经,大量能引起大脑兴奋。少数病例有头晕目眩、视觉模糊、瞳孔散大、口干作呕等副作用,但作用微弱,继续用药会消失,也可以
〔Characteristics〕 This product is white crystalline powder, light weight, slightly tasted, followed by tingling and hemp tongue feeling, insoluble in water (1:300), soluble in ethanol (1:22), chloroform (1 1:15), very soluble in methanol (1:10). The melting point is around 250°C and decomposes at the same time. [pharmacological action] This product is pharmacologically related to anti-cholinergic parasympathetic drugs, also known as parasympathetic antidotes. It has pharmacological effects similar to atropine, which can reduce the secretion of saliva, dilate the pupil, increase the heartbeat, and relieve the smooth muscle spasm. Especially for the treatment of Ba Jinsheng’s tremor paralysis can reduce muscle stiffness and tremor, a small amount can inhibit the central nervous system, a large number can cause brain excitation. A few cases have side effects such as dizziness, blurred vision, dilated pupils, nausea and dry mouth, but the effect is weak and the continuous medication disappears.
