问题是解决问题的前提条件,本文指出了困惑国有企业改革的三个方面,并结合十八届三中全会精神提出了突破这些困惑的设想,为深化国有企业改革和推动混合所有制经济发展服务。
This paper points out the three aspects that confuse the reform of state-owned enterprises. In combination with the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, this article proposes the idea of breaking these confusion and serves to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises and promote the development of the mixed ownership economy.
