工学结合模式是高职教育和人才培养所努力的大趋势,是新形势下加快职业教育发展的根本出路。本文结合我院商务英语专业在工学结合方面所做的努力,对商务英语专业“工学结合”模式下教学体系的构建进行了初步探索,旨在丰富适合高职教育人才培养途径的内容,调动和优化各种教学资源和要素,从而提高教学质量,实现高职院校的人才培养与行业、企业和社会的可持续发展紧密结合,形成长效机制。
The combination of work and study is a major trend of higher vocational education and personnel training, and is the fundamental way to speed up the development of vocational education in the new situation. Based on the efforts made by business English major of our college in the combination of work and study, this paper makes a preliminary exploration of the construction of teaching system under the mode of “combination of work and study” in business English major, aiming at enriching the content of the suitable talent cultivation path for higher vocational education, Mobilize and optimize a variety of teaching resources and elements, so as to improve teaching quality and achieve talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges in close connection with the sustainable development of industries, enterprises and society and form a long-term mechanism.
