加强部队卫生基本设施建设,是提高部队正规化、现代化素质必不可少的一个组成部分。七年来,我区部队在贯彻落实全军除害灭病规划中,认真抓了卫生基本设施的更新和改建,不断提高了部队的生活环境质量和健康水平。
Strengthening military health infrastructure construction is an indispensable component of raising the standardization and modernization of the troops. In the past seven years, in carrying out the plan of eliminating all kinds of diseases and killing the disease in our army, our army has earnestly grasped the renewal and reconstruction of the basic health facilities and continuously improved the quality of the living environment and the health level of the armed forces.
