对 6 6例支原体培养阳性的患者进行抗生素药敏测定 ,结果有 51例对十种抗生素有不同程度耐药 ,总耐药率为 77.2 7%。红霉素、罗红霉素、强力霉素、美满霉素较高 ,阿奇霉素与氧氟沙星耐药率较低。曾用抗生素治疗过的病人耐药率显著高于初诊患者。提示不正规治疗是诱导支原体耐药的主要原因
Sixty-six patients with positive mycoplasma were tested for antibiotic susceptibility. As a result, 51 patients were resistant to ten antibiotics with a total resistance rate of 77.27%. Erythromycin, roxithromycin, doxycycline, minocycline higher azithromycin and ofloxacin drug resistance rate is lower. The resistance rate of patients treated with antibiotics was significantly higher than that of newly diagnosed patients.
