高职教育的培养目标就是为社会培养和输送一大批有着较高素质的应用型、技术型人才,这使得高职教育不同于其他高等教育,具有较强的目标性和应用性。因此决定了在高职所有课程教学中,都需要服从这一目标,在教学内容、教学方法及手段方面都需要以就业为指导,展开教学,从而更好的提高学生的就业能力及应用实践能力,为社会培养所需的综合性人才。对于高职体育教学,在做好基础教学的基础上,也需要根据学生具体的专业及未来的就业岗位和就业方向等进行恰当的内容设计和选择,提高就业的针对性和服务性,从而使得高职体育教学能够有效服务于学生的就业这一大的方向。
