盘形滚刀在全断面岩石掘进机刀盘上的布置是全断面岩石掘进机设计中的关键技术之一。文中以普遍采用的平面刀盘上盘形滚刀的等刀间距布置形式为例进行分析,探讨了刀间距的确定原则、盘形滚刀破岩量的计算等技术问题,以期有利于我国全断面岩石掘进机的设计与施工管理。
The arrangement of disc cutter on the cutter head of full face rock tunneling machine is one of the key technologies in the design of full face rock tunnel boring machine. In this paper, the commonly used planar cutterhead disc cutter on the knife spacing layout as an example for analysis, to explore the principle of determining the knife spacing, disc cutter rock breaking calculation and other technical issues, in the hope of Design and Construction Management of Cross Section Rock Boring Machine.
