全国整顿和规范矿产资源开发秩序行动开展两年多来,已查处无证勘查、无证开采等违法违规行为以及因污染环境等因素关闭矿山等17万多起。这是记者日前从9部委联合召开的全国整顿和规范矿产资源开发秩序“回头看”行动电视电话会议上了解到的。
