为了认真贯彻国务院颁布的《扫除文盲工作条例》,经区委、区政府研究决定,将扫盲工作和普及九年义务教育同步进行,同步达标,接受省市政府对我区“两基”达标的检查验收。为此,在区委区政府直接领导下,全区动员,上下一心,迅速掀起了一个扫盲达标工作热潮。我们本着高标准地做好扫盲工作的要求,狠抓了四个落实,逐户文化普查,核准数据名册,全面开展扫盲,分级考评验收。
