新型直流升压模块 该模块集升压与稳压功能于一体,内部除含有DC/DC升压电路外,还含有一只升压电感器和一只10μF/50V的滤波电容器。该模块可用于要求电压稳定度较高的电路。模块内部方框图如图1所示,其外形及引脚功能如图2所示。 该模块尺寸为32×22×12mm,其输入/输出电压范围均为2.5～40V,无负载时的工作电流为4mA,工作频率为50kHz最大输出功率为1.25W。该模块的实际应用电路如图3所示。图中的RP为微调电阻,用于设定模块的输出电压。设定输出电压之后,输入电压的变化将不会影响输
