过去,机械化运输设计存在着三个主要缺点:即图纸张数多、设计时间长、质量差。以年产15000吨铸件的铸铁车间为例,除去标准图外,还有10大本非标准部分的施工图,约合300张标准 A_1图纸。由于图纸张多数,虽然投入大批的设计力量,但仍难保证按期出图,结果拖长了设计进度。一个年产54000吨的铸钢车间,施工设计竟长达一年以上。就是一般年产30000吨左右的铸工车间,设计时间也需要八个月左右。
In the past, mechanized transport design had three major drawbacks: the number of map sheets, the long design time, and the poor quality. Taking a cast iron workshop with an annual output of 15,000 tons of castings as an example, in addition to the standard drawings, there are 10 major non-standard parts of the construction drawings, or approximately 300 standard A_1 drawings. Due to the large number of papers on the map, although a large amount of design power has been invested, it is still difficult to guarantee that the plans will be produced on schedule, which will drag down the design progress. A steel casting workshop with an annual output of 54,000 tons has been designed for more than one year. This is a cast shop with an annual output of about 30,000 tons. The design time also takes about eight months.
