当前,我国节能工作正在深入发展。在间接节能中,除了调整产业、行业、产品结构外,必须抓好原材料节约,特别是钢材节约。它是我国节能工作中的又一个重要战略措施。抓好钢材节约的意义十分重大。在近期内我国钢材的供需矛盾突出,抓好钢材节约,可以在一定程度上缓和我国的钢材供需矛盾。在很多部门,企业中,钢材消耗占产品成本的比例较大,抓好钢材节约,是降低物资消耗,降低产品成本,提高经济效益的主要途径之一。
