[目的]观察平消胶囊配合化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效及不良反应。[方法]将84例患者随机分为两组:应用平消胶囊配合GP(GEM+DDP)方案化疗(治疗组),单用GP方案化疗(对照组)。[结果]治疗组总有效率(PR+CR)为50.0%,对照组总有效率47.6%,两组总有效率比较无统计学差异(P=0.827)。治疗组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞和血小板减少发生率分别为28.6%和16.7%,对照组Ⅲ～Ⅳ度白细胞和血小板减少发生率分别为52.4%和40.5%,两组比较有统计学差异(P=0.026和P=0.016),消化道反应两组比较有统计学差异(P=0.049)。[结论]平消胶囊配合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌可减轻化疗不良反应且具有保护骨髓的作用。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction of Pingxiao capsule combined with chemotherapy in treating non-small cell lung cancer. [Methods] Eighty - four patients were randomly divided into two groups. The patients were treated with Pingxiao capsule combined with GP (GEM + DDP) regimen (treatment group) and GP regimen alone (control group). [Results] The total effective rate (PR + CR) was 50.0% in the treatment group and 47.6% in the control group. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P = 0.827). The incidence of grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in treatment group were 28.6% and 16.7% respectively, while the incidence of grade Ⅲ ~ Ⅳ leukopenia and thrombocytopenia in control group were 52.4% and 40.5% respectively (P = 0.026 and P = 0.016). There was significant difference between the two groups in the digestive tract response (P = 0.049). [Conclusion] Pingxiao capsule combined with GP regimen in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can reduce the adverse reaction of chemotherapy and has the effect of protecting bone marrow.
