学习型党组织建设是我们党站在新世纪新的历史发展起点上提出的新的建设理念和重大战略任务,也是全面推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业和党的建设新的伟大工程的基础工程。党的十七届四中全会发出建设学习型党组织建设的号召,对党员干部加强学习提出了明确要求。基层党支部书记是基层党组织的建设的领导者、组织者、推动者,要善于树立新的学习观念,做刻苦学习的表率,坚持学习、带头学习;不断提高基层党组织的领导能力。
The building of a learning party organization is a new concept of construction and a major strategic task proposed by our party at the starting point of a new historical development of the new century. It is also a basic project for comprehensively promoting the great cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and a great new project for party building. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued a call for building a learning party organization and put forward explicit requirements on strengthening the study of party members and cadres. The grass-roots party branch secretary is the leader, organizer and promoter of the grass-roots party organizations. They should be good at establishing a new learning concept and doing hard work, persist in learning and take the lead in learning; and continuously improve the leadership ability of the grass-roots party organizations.
