1949～1977年我院内科、皮肤科收治各型白血病中有皮肤损害者11例,讨论如下。临床资料一、一般情况:本组男性8例,女性3例,小者25岁,大者66岁。初发症状有皮肤损害者5例,其中皮肤起肿块2例;湿疹、疖肿、皮肤发痒伴结节者各1例,4例慢性粒细胞型白血病以乏力及左上腹包块为初发症状;2例急性单核型白血病则以发烧、下肢痛或发烧、乏力就诊。
From 1949 to 1977 in our hospital internal medicine, dermatology admitted to various types of leukemia in 11 cases of skin lesions, discussed below.
