对5MW风电偏航轴承外圈距离表面12.5mm位置在水淬过程中的冷却速率进行了测试,依据测试结果利用模拟热处理炉对40CrNiMoV钢和40CrNiMo钢进行了模拟热处理,经高温回火处理后对两种试验钢的力学性能进行了测试,并对其组织状态和冲击断口形貌进行了对比观察。结果表明,经水淬处理后,40CrNiMoV钢中马氏体组织的体积分数要远大于40CrNiMo钢。经高温回火处理后,40CrNiMo钢的强韧性配合不佳,而40CrNiMoV钢的力学性能完全满足风电偏航轴承的性能指标,可以应用于5MW级风电偏航轴承中。
The cooling rate of water quenching was measured at a distance of 12.5mm from the outer surface of 5MW wind yaw bearing outer surface. The simulated heat treatment was carried out on 40CrNiMoV steel and 40CrNiMo steel according to the test results. After high temperature tempering, The mechanical properties of the two kinds of test steels were tested, and their microstructure and impact fracture morphology were compared. The results show that after quenching, the volume fraction of martensite in 40CrNiMoV steel is much larger than that of 40CrNiMo steel. After tempering at high temperature, the toughness of 40CrNiMo steel is poorly matched. However, the mechanical properties of 40CrNiMoV steel fully meet the performance requirements of wind power yaw bearings and can be applied to 5MW wind power yaw bearings.
