钟表行业各表壳厂的表壳切削设备目前基本上采用表壳气动车。各表壳厂所使用的表壳气动车有上海、苏州、重庆等地的产品,其基本工作原理都基本相同,都采用气压传动;液压阻尼;继电器程序控制。这种机床优点是切削力大,生产效率高,结构简单,维修方便。因此在国内各表壳厂广泛采用。估计目前国内有好几千台这种表壳专用切削机床。我厂使用的是上海轻机三厂的ZBC6806气动车。十几年来我们在使用这种机床加工表壳的过程中,发现内孔精度难于达到0.03mm
