很多企业,特别是中小企业,在他们的生产线上有很多纯手工操作的工段,当这些工段的不良品率居高不下的时候,一些不到现场的管理者,最容易得出的结论是:员工手工操作质量有波动,毕竟人不是机器。事情真的是这样么?我们从2009年上海市QC小组活动擂台赛一等奖的项目中,选取了上海能美西科姆消防设备有限公司的“降低手插件工段不良率”案例,讲的就是一个手工操作工段的质量改进,QC小组通过努力最终使这一工段的不良品率从1 063ppm下降到268ppm,让我们一起看看他们是怎么做到的。
Many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, have many hand-operated sections in their production lines. When the defect rate of these sections is high, some managers who are not on the scene can easily conclude that: The quality of manual operation by staff fluctuates, after all, people are not machines. In fact, from the first prize of Shanghai QC Group Contest in 2009, we selected the case of “Reducing the NPL of Hand Plug-in Unit” of Shanghai NEXICO Fire Equipment Co., Ltd. Is the quality improvement of a manually operated section. The QC team eventually worked hard to finally reduce the defect rate of this section from 1,063 ppm to 268 ppm. Let’s see how they did it.
