目的通过对桶装水灌装车间空气洁净度的检测,了解桶装水生产企业生产灌装车间空气洁净度水平。方法依据GB50073-2001《洁净厂房设计规范》、JGJ71-1990《洁净室施工及验收规范》和GB/T16294-1996《医药工业洁净室(区)沉降菌的测试方法》于2008年10月-2009年1月对哈尔滨市内22家申报QS认证的桶装水(包括矿泉水、纯净水和山泉水)生产企业的灌装车间空气洁净度进行检测和评价。结果22家桶装水厂灌装车间空气洁净度的各项指标达标情况均较好,尤其是重要尘埃粒子和沉降菌数达标情况较好,但一般指标,如相对湿度、温度和噪声存在超标现象,超标率分别为40.9%、13.6%和27.3%。结论空气洁净度的各项指标达标情况较好,系由于监督主管部门还是生产企业对洁净度都很重视、资金投入充裕、专业设计规范,从而充分保证灌装车间内的悬浮粒子数和沉降菌能够达到相应的国家标准。
