接班伊始,深感肩上责任之重大。一直在思考,怎样才能循序渐进,使每一个孩子在德、智、体等方面全面发展;怎样才能使非智力因素与智力因素协同发展,使非智力因素成为学习的动力源泉,使智力发展成为全方面能力发展的一个桥头堡;怎样做才能不杀鸡取卵,从而做到永葆前进的动力。最终,我决定把高一下半年、高二上半年作为学生的成长期,
Since the beginning of the shift, I have felt deeply responsible for the shoulders.
