本文把改革开放以来我国班组长培训工作分为以下三个阶段:七十年代后期和整个八十年代为第一段,九十年代为第二段,进入二十一世纪以来为第三段。

This article divides the work of team leader training in our country into the following three stages since the reform and opening up: the first paragraph in the late seventies and the entire eighties, the second paragraph in the nineties and the third paragraph in the twenty-first century.
