低压柱层析是根据高效液相色谱基本原理,在加压情况下进行分离。低压柱层析分离效果比高效液相色谱差、但比经典常压柱效率高。尤其对于制备分离,特别方便、适用。 LP型低压柱层析仪是在玻璃低压柱层析仪基础上,作者用不锈钢自行设计、制作的。经不断完善后,现已能作梯度洗脱分离。
Low-pressure column chromatography is based on the principle of high-performance liquid chromatography and separation under pressure. The separation effect of low pressure column chromatography is lower than that of high performance liquid chromatography, but it is more efficient than the classical atmospheric pressure column. Especially for preparation and separation, it is particularly convenient and applicable. LP type low-pressure column chromatography is based on glass low-pressure column chromatography. The author designed and manufactured it with stainless steel. After continuous improvement, gradient elution is now possible.
