本文主要分析了基于政府职能的电子政务模型和面向对象集成电子政务模型的特点,并对两种模型进行对比分析,表明了面向对象集成的电子政务模型具有明显优势,并以上海市为例,分析了面向对象集成电子政务模型的实践意义。
This paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of e-government model and object-oriented integrated e-government model based on government functions, and makes a comparative analysis of the two models. It shows that the e-government model with object-oriented integration has obvious advantages. Taking Shanghai as an example, The practical significance of object-oriented integrated e-government model is analyzed.
