高职院校职业指导对于学生顺利走上工作岗位和在人生的职业生涯中都有着非常重要的作用,尤其是在现代新媒体、新技术、新工具的新形势下,如何才能更好的提升高职院校职业指导效果和效率,已经成为当前高职院校职业指导工作面对的重大课题。因此,本文通过对高职院校职业指导工作现状的深入剖析,尝试从时代前沿寻找提升高职院校职业指导的对策。
Career guidance in higher vocational colleges plays a very important role in helping students successfully embark on their jobs and their careers in life. In particular, under the new situation of modern new media, new technologies and new tools, how can they be better promoted? The effect and efficiency of career guidance in higher vocational colleges has become a major issue facing vocational guidance work in vocational colleges. Therefore, through the analysis of the status quo of vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges, this article tries to look for the countermeasures to improve vocational guidance in higher vocational colleges from the front of the times.
